Rental is worked on a saturday to saturday basis ( unless other by proir arrangment )
Arrival time is 2 pm and vacate by 10 am ( later with prior arrangement )
We offer a 5 % discount on second week on a 2 week booking
10% DISCOUNT with Brittany Ferries ( code available upon payment in full )
25 % ( non refundable ) deposit is required to secure booking
with full balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
£100 is to be paid upon booking to cover any damage to the property ( this is returned within 2 weeks of departure providing the property is in full order )
The property has a no-smoking policy ( outside covered seating area available )
Payment by bank transfer or paypal ( paypal payment subject to paypal charges )
1/2 CUBE OF WOOD IS PROVIDED FOR EACH WEEK OF BOOKING IN LOW SEASON ONLY, THEREFORE AFTER EXTRA CAN BE PURCHASED.
( please note wood burner is the only form of heating in the property )
